The Advent of Panasonic 3D TVs

by Rick Thompson

A leader in cutting edge technology and competitive standards, Panasonic has launched the 3D full plasma home theater system. It is a combination of 103-inch Plasma HDTV and a Blu-ray disc player. According to Bob Perry, vice-president of Panasonic, plasma is the only TV capable of delivering the 3D full theater experience.

It has the ability to refresh at high speed which facilitates multiple image display without compromising image resolution. Blu-ray technology mainly addressed the problem of producing high definition picture quality due to lack of bandwidth in transport and small capacity of the storage. Panasonic has been working side by side with various manufacture to produce the high quality Panasonic 3D TV. In developing 3D TV, Panasonic has often stumbled on problems regarding poor resolution. The 3D display method divides scanning line between the left and right eye often result in reduced vertical resolution.

Image Quality also suffer due to pixel skipping that forces the two screens worth of HD Images into one screen of data capacity. The newly unveiled Panasonic 3D TV included information for one eye while the secondary video stream for the other eye to keep the signal at full HD 1920x1080 resolution. Blu-ray Disc player successfully passes 1080p streams at a millisecond interval into a modified 103-inch Plasma HDTV for display of combined stream swapping each frame in fast speed.

Panasonic 3D TV assures that your brains see the left side information only in the left eye as well right side information in the right eye through special active battery. This battery polarized glasses blink each shutter in rapid speed which allows extended viewing.

Panasonic promised to improve image quality, for instance by reducing "crosstalk" between two images. This incorporated number of technologies to produce crisp and sharp high high-quality pictures by accurately reproducing video sources. Plasma is suitable for 3D display in home-cinema environment. It is capable of alternating pictures at high speed that produces good quality 3D images.

TV viewing has never been the same again, as Panasonic continues to release series of 3D TV that cater to various audiences. On the onset of 2008, the 103-inch Panasonic 3D TV has left everyone in awe. But Panasonic refuse to stop there, as it currently launched the 152-inch display of the Panasonic HDTV.

Panasonic has developed what is commonly referred as the world's largest 3D plasma which has a 4k x 2k resolution. The 4,096 x 2,160 pixels offer nearly four times as many pixels as normal HD TVs. Combined with chic style and a movie theater experienced, Panasonic 3D TV has never fail to keep its users continually enamored and lured for the best movie experience right in comfort of their homes.
